Mike discussed the Iron Neck product in this highlights clip, saying:
• It was invented to prevent concussions by strengthening the neck muscles.
• Studies showed that every 1 pound of added neck strength reduces chance of concussion by 5%.
• It has been used successfully with high school football teams to reduce concussions.
• The US Air Force tested it and found it helped reduce neck pain for pilots.
• It increases blood flow which can help mental focus and energy levels.
