In Ohio Sea Grant's September 2024 Freshwater Science webinar, attendees learned about how the H2Ohio Wetlands Monitoring Program is assessing how effective restored and constructed wetlands throughout Ohio are at filtering the polluting nutrients that fuel harmful algal blooms out of our watersheds. The talk gave an overview of wetland ecosystem science and the monitoring program’s early results!
