I have POTS and Dysautonomia and I use a mobility aid and shower chair personally. Sometimes it can be hard to accept the need for these mobility aids. I want to encourage you if you suffer from chronic illness that it’s nothing to be ashamed of and it’s okay to accept the need for mobility aids!
