For any of you reading this who are afraid to get your colonoscopy, PLEASE know that IF I CAN DO IT, so can you! Yes, the colonoscopy prep is rough. YES, getting a colonoscopy is a scary and weird thought, but colonoscopies are so important and could maybe just save your life!
