Seaming a Corian solid surface joint freehand style without using a straight edge. The process is similar to cutting a mirror seam but is cut without using a straight edge. Because the router follows down the center of the separated pieces, it creates a perfect gap. When brought together, even though the seam is wavy, it's an exact opposite on the other piece.

This process will create an interlocking, invisible joint, perfect for any solid surface material. The only thing you need is six clamps, a router and two spacers. Give it a try and let me know what you think.
