Delicious spicy soy sauce chicken recipe @She's Sinar kitchen

Materials:
500 grams upper thigh
chicken marinade ingredients:
1 tsp salt
1 lime [squeezed]

Blended spices:
2 cloves of garlic
4 cloves of red onion
1 large red chili
5 curly red chilies
1 cm ginger
less water
aromatic spices:
2 bay leaves
1 piece of geprek galangal
2 lemongrass stalks
Supplementary material:
a little vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper powder
1/2 sachet of chicken stock powder
1/2 sachet of sweet soy sauce @60 ml
300 to 350 ml of water
