Team Warm-Up in Center Circle

Phase 1 - Players dribble around and through the centre circle, pass to a player on the mannequin, those players turn and pass to the players on the red marker and the player on the red marker enters the centre circle to repeat the exercise.

Phase 2 - This phase is the same as the first phase, but this time the player who receives the pass on the red marker plays a 1-2 with the player exiting the circle as they transition into the centre circle

Phase 3 - Players this time play a 1-2 with the players on the mannequins, then play a longer pass directly to the players waiting on the red marker, before they enter for the next repetition.

Phase 4 - For the final phase, the players with the ball pass directly to the red marker, and those players play back into the players on the mannequin, who bring the ball back into the centre circle
