Ingredients:
3/4 cup milk (150 g)
35 g melted butter ( 4 tbsp )
3 tbsp suger
1 egg yolk
1 tsp salt
2 tsp yeast
2 1/2 cup flour (300 g )

✅ Bake in preheated oven at 190 C for 10 minutes and then reduce the heat to 175 C for 10-15 minutes
