As you all already know, to make good Neapolitan pizza dough it is very important to let the dough ferment for at least 12 - 24 hours, but sometimes, when the craving for pizza comes, we just can't wait or don't have the time to make that long hours ferment dough. so, I wanted to see if I could knock out a 'decent' pizza dough within a short period of time and the answer is YES, as you can see on my video, I can make a Neapolitan pizza dough within 3 - 6 hours period of time, is not as good as a long hours ferment dough but at least the result showing that I could produce a 'decent' and somewhat good looking and rather delicious Neapolitan pizza within a short period of time.
Below are the ingredients needed to make a quick fermented pizza dough :)

Quick Ferment Dough recipe:
- High protein flour / 00 flour - 1000 gr
- Water - 700 ml
- Salt - 25 g
- Active dry yeast - 2 g (might need less or more depending on the weather/temperature)
