4 eggs (large eggs)
25g sugar in yolk
80g sugar in white
1g salt
100g cake flour of All purposed flour
3-4g vanilla bean paste
Powdered sugar

Bake in a preheated oven at 170℃(338℉) for 13-15 minutes (based on convection, check the baking color carefully from 13 minutes, and increase the temperature by 10 degrees for light wave or induction)
