How we fixed the oxidation on our 400ltz fenders and plastics. Was super easy, we used simple items, here is the list of what's needed:
1.) Lacquer thinner (1 gallon)
2.) Paint thinner (1 quart)
3.) Boiled linseed oil (1 quart)
4.) A few pairs of rubber gloves
5.) Eye protection
6.) A good handful of rags
7.) Willing helpers or plenty of elbow grease

A well ventilated area is a must, do not do this in a confined space as the fumes get quite intense.

First clean the plastics and make sure they're dry. Apply lacquer thinner to a rag and begin scrubbing. I'd start in an inconspicuous area to make sure this works on yours before putting it all over. After you get it looking the way you want mix the paint thinner with the boiled linseed oil. 60% paint thinner to 40% linseed oil (you won't need much more than a cup of this). Wipe it on and wait until it starts drying then wipe it clean with a dry rag.

Not saying this is the best fix but for $20 it sounded a whole lot better than $900 for new plastics!

Thanks for watching and best of luck!
