Torai / Turai / Ridge Gourd - 1 k
Onion Small to medium size - 7
Tomato - 3
Garlic Cloves - 8-10
Ginger - chota tukda
Green chilli - 2
Sabut Red Chilli - 2
Bay leaf / tejpatta -2
Chakra phool /Star Anise - 1
Cinnamon stick/ Dalchini - chota tukda
Mustard oil/Cooking oil - 4 table spoon
Haldi/ Turmeric powder - half teaspoon
Jeera / Cumin Seeds Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Dhaniya / Coriander powder - 2 teaspoon
Salt - According to the taste/ 2 teaspoon
Heeng / Asafoetida - 1/4 teaspoon
Garam masala powder - 1 teaspoon
Coriander leaves/ dhaniya patti - 1 table spoon
