This week, we are making peach brandy at home. Korea has some epic peaches here, super sweet and flavorful. Melissa is a huge fan of peaches. Therefore, peach brandy is happening! We were able to source some ugly fruit (fruit that isn't beautiful enough for stores). Then, we crafted this peach beauty.

We enjoyed it so much that we ordered more peaches to make a second run of peach brandy at home. There will be a later video where we update everyone on what is in our liquor cabinets and the progress of each of the spirits.
