Bread mixed and lots of dried fruit combine to make a Traditional Bread Pudding. So full of flavour with a soft, dense texture it is has been a great favourite for many years. Best served warm this pudding is the perfect way to use up stale bread. Though mixed dried fruit and additional chopped mixed peel are usual any dried fruits will work well.
