সয়াবিন তেল- ১/২ কাপ
সরিষার তেল- ১/৪ কাপ
গোটা জিরা-১ টেঃ চামচ
তেজ পাতা- ৩ টি
পেয়াজ কুচি- ১ কাপ
দারুচিনি -৪ টুকরা
কালো এলাচ-২ টি
সাদা এলাচ-৫ টি
মরিচ গুঁড়ো - ২ টেবিল চামচ
হলুদগুঁড়ো - ২ চা চামচ
লবন- ১ টেঃ চামচ (স্বাদ মত )
রসুনবাটা - ১ টেঃ চামচ
আদাবাটা - ১ টেঃ চামচ
জিরা বাটা- ১ টেঃ চামচ
