I had the opportunity to speak with an old colleague of mine who transformed the way my previous employer ran their field operations for superintendents. He created a builder Bootcamp for a multi-billion dollar construction company where he showed our incredible teams with decades of experience how to approach construction differently. His philosophies absolutely changed the game for this company.
