Hey, everybody. How's it going, Jonathan Javier here- the CEO of Wonsulting. And I'm happy to announce that we have launched our new product, which is called ResumAI. This ResumAI tool will build your resume bullets and your resume for you. When you create a resume it's difficult. It's complicated. You don't know how to put what you did in your role into words for a resume to be seen by a recruiter or hiring manager. I interviewed someone who actually is an ex-recruiter at Meta and Microsoft to see if she could tell the difference between if this resume was created by an actual person or by an AI tool. It's literally one of my old resumes and I put it into to ResumAI and it spit out these bullets. Let's just see what she has to say about it. So what do you do? I am a technical recruiter. I focus on early careers recruiting. I recruit software engineers. And what is your best piece of advice for job seekers out there? Resumé Advice, Networking as well. I think networking first. I think I looked into a company to help. You know, I paid someone to do my resume and it was trash. And I was so upset, I ended up, you know, just reaching out to my network. And that was way better than any company that could have created my resume. No. God. No. God, please. So, yeah, I have a resume. I'll pull up. And this jobseekers going for their first entry level job and they're looking to get into the operations field. Okay. For you, Sophia, how long do you take to scan resumes? It literally just takes me like 10-15 minutes just to scan it. So he has little work experience, he's just interned. What I really look for, right, is are they showing me in their bullet points like what they did, how they did it- So what tools did they use and then what was the outcome on it? A lot of people don't put that, you know, who did you specifically work with? Not their names, but like what position did they hold or what organization are they from? Right. What was the outcome? What was the point of it? Like getting into the nitty gritty details is important. Yeah. Especially if you're applying for tech. Right. We want to know, like, what did you use to do that? So what tools, the frameworks, the those type of things. What would you rank this resumé? 1 to 10. I love how it's set up, education first. I see you know where they're going to school that they just graduated, right? That's important. Okay. I'm working with someone who's a new graduate. I can see that right off the bat. So I like how the template that they use maybe a seven more focusing on the the how or the what, how. And outcome would, would, would kind of push it over. Would you give this person an interview for an entry level operations role? I might actually push for this candidate and say, hey, I think this candidate has some good experience. They've had a couple of internships. They're obviously going to school at the same time. They're working hard. So I would fight for this candidate to have an interview. And this would be one that I would I would push for, for sure. If I told you that this resume wasn't real and actually made in 5 minutes, would you believe me? Yes or no? No. Unless you copied and pasted. Yeah. The reason why I ask is because I actually utilized our ResumAI by Wonsulting tool to create the resume. So I was just wondering your reaction, but it does seem like it works fairly well. I was so shocked because like I'm thinking about my own resume creation and I am I'm yeah. Shocked. Awesome.
