You want to get the energy to 1000, then use the hyper (preferably when the screen is loaded with enemy bullets). After that, try to build up the red gauge around your ship and use the limit release.

RG's lead developer, Daisuke Koizumi, later went on to produce Senjin Aleste with M2 for their Shot Triggers series. Some other RG project members assisted on SA. If this gets ported to PS4 and other systems... buy it.
