We're all at different stages on our healing journeys and experience different things at different times. But putting our ENERGIES INTO THOSE THAT DESERVE IT is such an important part of that journey. How many times have we wasted that energy on the wrong people ? On those that take advantage or do not reciprocate? On those that claim to be there but simply are incapable of understanding what we're asking for.
Putting that time and valuable energy into the right people goes a long way in distracting us from the day to day and the hard times we sometimes face. Personally, I'm at the stage of my journey where I'm no longer able to waste that energy. My people, especially my children, are far more deserving and in need of that time. They distract me and go a long way to reregulating me and getting me out of my head space. Between them, they work wonders. Without them, my journey would be made that little more difficult.
This video is a little reminder for those that are in need of a little push in the right direction and helping them get back on track in their journey, along with a mention of my amazing little team.
