Highly requested! here it is, my version of Lime Pepper Sauce


For this recipe you will need:
1/3 cup white vinegar
juice of 6-7 limes
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped white radish
1 cup chopped bitter melon
1 cup chopped hot pepper
2 extra whole limes boiled in water until tender cut into small pieces
2 whole peppers to blend
3 large cloves of garlic
2 tbsp of salt or to taste
