Mother in Law is a spicy condiment that's usually eaten with Indian foods. If you love pepper, this is surely a MUST TRY for you!

INGREDIENTS:
1 medium caraille
1 medium carrot
1 onion
6-7 cloves garlic
6-7 chadon beni leaves
2 pimento
5-6 hot peppers
1 lime juice
Salt to taste

This is a dish that can be adjusted to your taste. It’s usually supposed to be spicy but if you don’t want the heat adjust the hot pepper amount accordingly.
