Fish Fry Recipe
Yields 6-8 filets

Ingredients:

ā€¢ 1 cup cornmeal
ā€¢ 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
ā€¢ 3 tablespoons A Dab A Do Ya!
ā€¢ Ā½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
ā€¢ Ā½ tablespoon paprika
ā€¢ Ā½ tablespoon kosher salt

Method:

1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk together until combined.
Note: Recipe can easily be doubled or tripled! Remember to only use what you need for the amount of seafood that you want to fry. Once raw protein has been added, youā€™ll need to discard the fish fry. Uncontaminated leftovers can be stored in a ziplock bag in your pantry for up to 90 days.

Homemade Tartar Sauce

Ingredients:

ā€¢ 1 cup mayo
ā€¢ 2 tablespoons yellow onion, small dice
ā€¢ 2 tablespoons dill pickles, small dice
ā€¢ Ā½ tablespoon minced garlic
ā€¢ Ā½ tablespoon minced capers
ā€¢ 1 teaspoon chopped pickled jalapeƱos
ā€¢ 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
ā€¢ 1 tablespoon pickle juice
ā€¢ Ā½ tablespoon caper juice
ā€¢ Ā¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Method:

1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk until well combined.
2. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
