During Lent, I often prepare this breakfast, I like it)) it’s very easy to prepare, as you can see!
Recipe:
- a piece of bread fried in a lot of oil.
- vegetable oil for frying bread and tomatoes.
- avocado 1/2 pcs.
- Cherry tomatoes
- soft tofu 150 gr.
- eggplant 1 pc.
- olive oil 2 tbsp. for the sauce
- salt 1/4 tsp. for the sauce
- 1.5 tsp. lime for sauce or lemon
Pepper, salt and you're done!!!
