Today Kate came to see Dr Rosh for a full facial mapping consultation. Having previous dermal filler, the lips were migrating, and the chin was overfilled. We decided the best option was to strip back and dissolve.

After waiting two weeks, we were able to start fresh once the dissolved filler had settled. We decided to add some volume back into the lips and correct any deficiencies in the chin. Kate had some tear troughs that were giving her a ‘tired’ appearance which we were able to correct with filler. Lastly, we added some cheek filler on the right side to create symmetry.
