In this video, I demonstrate how using only a small amount of filler can give such an amazing result. In doing so I accentuated her figure and reduced the visibility of her hip-dips to give a curvier finish.

The severity of hipdips vary due to genetics and therefore even with proper diet and exercise it is hard to disguise them. Previously, surgical BBLS were the go to procedure to combat this however, Dermal fillers are becoming more and more popular due to the convince and safety aspects.

Dermal filler is much safer than traditional BBL Surgery for many reasons:
1. Anesthesia risks: Traditional BBL surgery typically requires general anesthesia, which carries inherent risks, including allergic reactions, adverse drug interactions, respiratory complications, and post-anesthetic side effects. Non-surgical BBL using filler is performed under local anesthesia .

2. Surgical complications: BBL surgery involves liposuction to extract fat from donor areas and fat transfer to the buttocks. Surgical procedures always carry a degree of risk, including bleeding, infection, blood clots, scarring, and poor wound healing. Non-surgical BBL using filler eliminates the need for surgical incisions, reducing the likelihood of such complications.

3. Fat embolism: One of the most significant risks associated with traditional BBL surgery is fat embolism, where fat is unintentionally injected into blood vessels and can travel to vital organs, leading to severe complications and even death. This risk is eliminated in non-surgical BBL using filler, as synthetic dermal fillers are used instead of fat transfer.

4. Recovery time and complications: BBL surgery typically requires a longer recovery period, often involving restrictions on sitting or lying on the buttocks for weeks or even months. Surgical patients may experience pain, swelling, bruising, and post-operative complications. Filler has a shorter recovery time, with minimal discomfort and fewer associated complications.

5. Reversibility: Filler is reversible, as the filler can be dissolved if desired, while surgical results are permanent.
