The next thing we needed to do was make sure that the engine was free after all these years, by turning it over by hand.

As you can see in the previous episodes in this series, I did ALOT of prep work to make sure that this process went smoothly and nothing inside of the engine was damaged in the process.

This video looks at some additional steps we took just to be safe, and there are several tips and tricks in here to help you safely make sure that an engine that has been sitting for a long time can spin freely again with damaging anything inside. You'll also see what NOT to do, as I made an honest mistake during this process that could have been catastrophic if we didn't take this whole process slow and easy.
