Cocoa powder - 5 tbsp. l.
Syrup or honey - 5 tbsp. l.
Butter -30 g
Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
A pinch of salt
Bitter chocolate - 70 g
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
Orange juice - 1 tbsp
Soak beans for 10-12 hours
Rinse, boil for 1.5 hours
Grind with a blender
Add syrup or honey, butter, vanilla extract, salt
mix
Submit to forms
Place in freezer for 1 hour
Melt chocolate in microwave or water bath
Add vegetable oil and orange juice
Enjoy your meal!
