If you want to eat a delicious dessert, but you want to lose weight and prefer low-calorie desserts, then let's cook this recipe with me! Dessert for weight loss, dessert without sugar - it's very tasty and very simple!

Soft cottage cheese or cream cheese - 150 g
I took fat-free cottage cheese so that the dessert was even less high-calorie!
Milk - 50 ml
Gelatin - 5 g
Jerusalem artichoke syrup or honey - 1 tsp
Vanilla syrup - 1 tsp
Bitter chocolate (I have no sugar, on stevia) - 70 g
Nuts - 20 g

Melt chocolate in a water bath
Distribute into moulds.
Remove to freezer
Mix milk with gelatin
Heat until gelatin dissolves (do not boil!)
Mix gelatin, cottage cheese, syrup or honey, vanilla extract
Place in freezer for 10 minutes
Top with chocolate
Place in freezer for 1 hour
