It was a hot summers day on Saturday 13th January 2024, when the Southern Downs Steam Railway conducted their first steam train tour for 2024 to the small township of Nobby.

Upon arrival, passengers would enjoy a 2 course lunch at the historic Rudd's Pub, while the train continued on empty to Greenmount for the locomotive to run around its train in preparation for the return journey back to Warwick.
