In this video, I make some words using the scroll saw to cut them out.
my first step as this was pallet wood was to take the pallet apart then making sure there were no nails in it then I joined one face and then planned it to make the other face parrel. then I printed the words I wanted in this case "Valentine" and " Maker" then I cut them out and stuck the paper onto the wood and then left for 10 mins to dry then I took the pieces over to the scroll saw and started cutting keeping on the outside line and went slow to make the cut more accurate and also make less sanding for later but i didnt need to sand because u used a fine blade so it left a nice finish then after I cut them out I usedbelt sander to get the paper off and clean up the faces and then u used a plastic bottle and cut the top off of it and then filled it with boild linseed oil and then dipped the letters in it so they would get covered and it made it easier to et into the small gaps then left to dryand they were finneshed.
