For those of us who don't have several thousands of dollars laying around, opting to cut letters with a scroll saw instead of a fancy CNC machine may be the best option! Watch this video to learn the tips I learned from cutting close to 30 wooden letters with walnut hardwood for a country store sign in Elliston, Montana.
