Baking time is 30min-1hr depending on the size and height of the pan you are using in a pre heated oven at 150C.

*very important to always do a toothpick test for doneness

Chiffon Recipe

6 egg yolk
1c cake flour
1/2c cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/4c sugar
1/2 canola oil
1/4c milk
1tsp vanilla

meringue
6 egg whites
1/2c sugar
1tbsp cornstarch
