👉 Ingredients:
🌸Biscuit: 200g of cookie of your choice, 100g of melted butter
🌸Cream: 1 liter of milk, 6 tbsp of sugar (adapt to your taste), 1 tsp of vanilla, lemon zest, 2 eggs, 6 tbsp of custard powder about 70g (You can replace the cream powder with cornstarch), a pinch of salt, juice of one or two lemons (2 lemons if you want more lemon flavor)
🌸Decoration: lemon slices, mint, raspberries, blueberries (Decorate to your taste)
👉 preparation instructions:
Grind the biscuit in a blender or by hand and add the butter
Mix the milk, sugar, vanilla and lemon zest, then heat over medium heat
Mix the eggs with the custard powder and salt
When the milk is hot, lower the heat to low and add the egg mixture slowly while stirring
Cook over low heat without stopping stirring until the mixture becomes thick
Remove from the heat and add the lemon juice directly then pour over the biscuit
let cool then put in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours, then decorate
