ELVI’S KITCHEN: Here, I enjoyed a fantastic Belizean seafood meal with Chef Jenny. We had stone crab claws with butter sauce and garlic butter, as well as rice and beans and fried fish chicharron.

BELIZE CHOCOLATE COMPANY: Here, I sampled some white and milk chocolate, as well as a fantastic burnt caramel ganache!

CARAMBA RESTAURANT: At this local spit, I enjoyed more Belizean seafood: fried conch, lobster with garlic butter, stone crab claws, and a rich Oreo cheesecake.

SAUL’S CIGAR TEMPLE: Here, I tried several varieties of rum creme and got to see (and smell) some of their unique cigars. If you’re a cigar lover and you happen to pass through San Pedro, this is where you need to go!
