Fixing a dead key on my Akai MPK Mini midi keyboard. This shows the disassembly / tear down and area to clean to possibly resolve this problem. It worked for me.

I had this issue with the keyboard when it was only a month old. I considered sending it back, throwing it in the bin but then I decided to take it apart and see if I could fix this relatively simple device. This video shows what I found, why it wasn't working and how to fix it.

NOTE: This will void your warranty

As this felt a bit like an 8-bit guy type of video, I decided to use the song from Anders Enger Jensen that I recently purchased for use in another video. It just felt right :-)
