There's nothing like homemade ice cream made with real fruit and real ingredients. Anyone who likes strawberries will 100% love this ice cream recipe.
So after making it is definitely worth it, my family was very enthusiastic about this recipe ;)


Ingredients:
600g strawberries
200ml whipped cream
1 egg white
1 tablespoon of sugar
130g sugar
juice of a lemon
Optional: raspberries/ blueberries
