This is a tour of a recent restaurant build I completed. First Mile Kitchen with Nick Korbee and Architect Adam Alter opening in Wichita January 2022. I show the pieces that I had the opportunity to make for this restaurant and give a brief description of them. Using a multitude of woodworking skills I was able to build and make their dream a reality on the components I was asked to build and engineer.
