Ingredients:
Sour Curd – ½ cup
Ash gourd – ¼ kg
Turmeric – ¼ tspn
Chilli powder – 1 tblspn
Fenugreek seeds – ¼ tspn
Curry leaves
Coconut – ½
Cumin seeds – 1 tspn
Garlic – 4 cloves
Green chillies – 3
Coconut oil – 1 tblspn
Mustad seeds – 1 tspn
Salt

How to cook:
Step 1: In a mixer jar, grind coconut, garlic, green chillies and cumin seeds to fine paste.
Step 2: Beat curd and then add the grinded mixture to it and blend well.
Step 3: In a pan, heat oil then add mustard followed by fenugreek seeds sort it.
Step 4: Add curry leaf followed by chilli powder and turmeric.
Step 6: Add ash gourd mix well now add water, salt and cover with lid cook it.
Step 7: Add blended mixture into the pan and mix it well.
Step 8: Leave it for 15 minutes on low flame.
Step 9: It will turn yellow.
Step 10: After 15 minutes, oil will separate now remove it from flame.
Mor kulambu is ready to serve.

Serve hot with rice/ idly
