If you are ready to test your limits and maybe try a few new poses, give this class a try. In this intermediate class we go over a fun arm balance called Bakasana, a fun standing balance called Airplane pose, and then you might give Pincha Mayurasana, or some other inversion a try.

This class works your arms so hard they might be too tired to try the optional arm balance towards the end of class. But don't worry, there are always modifications offered.

Enjoy the journey as you breathe and flow through this fun and challenging yoga flow.
