Clients often ask about ways to keep their hair looking good while trying to stay in shape. Honestly, I've never really had a good answer for them, because once you sweat, its pretty much over. Soooo... I decided to get with a professional trainer, my friend Fallon Mercedes (@Fit_with_ Fallon on instagram) to show me some good workouts that won't create as much sweat as cardio. It wasn't an easy circuit, but I do feel like I have some workout options when I don't want my hair to sweat out. Try them and let me know what you think.
