Chocolate Eclair Cake:

2 small packages of French Vanilla instant pudding mix
2 1/2 cups milk
1 - 9 oz. tub Cool Whip
1 1/2 boxes graham crackers
1 - can Chocolate Frosting

Mix pudding mix and milk.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Beat two minutes at medium speed.
Butter 9 x 13 dish and layer graham crackers on bottom.
Spread 1/3 of pudding mixture over crackers.
Top with second layer of graham crackers, spread remaining putting mixture over crackers and repeat a third time ending with a layer of graham crackers.
Spread frosting over top (heat in microwave for 15 seconds for easier spreading). Chill and enjoy!!
