How many lesbian bars are left in the US? Well that depends on who you ask but the count is where between 26 and 15. In other words, not many. One of the remaining lesbian bars is Henrietta Hudson in New York City's West Village.

Henrietta Hudson was founded in 1991 and remained an institution by grounding itself in activism and inclusion. Over the years, the founder Lisa Cannistraci has evolved the space and now defines it as a queer human bar built by dykes.
