Try out this wonderful Janmashtami Special RasMadhuri which is a delightful sweet dish popular in Bihar and Ranchi. This royal sweet with soft stuffed dumplings dipped in flavoured milk is so delicious and creamy prepared using simple ingredients yet giving a super dish. The best part is this delightful sweet can be served during Ekadashi also.
Servings - 17 Rasmadhuri
Ingredients:
2 litres milk
5 tbsp lemon juice
5 tbsp water
For stuffing
3 tbsp paneer
3 tbsp ground pistachios
5 to 6 saffron strands
¼ tsp cardamom powder
For sugar syrup
1+1/2 cup sugar
6 cups water
For Ras
1 litre milk
4 tbsp sugar
½ tsp cardamom powder
1 tbsp chopped almonds
1 tbsp pistachios
Garnish it with chopped pistachios, saffron strands, rose petals
