[RECIPE]

Ingredients
200 g burdock
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 tablespoon cooking oil
3~4 tablespoons of red pepper paste
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Gochujang seasoning)
5 tablespoons of red pepper paste (100 g), 4 tablespoons of cheongju(alcohol),1/2 tablespoon all-purpose soy sauce, 2 tablespoons plum syrup,1 tablespoon minced garlic,
1 tablespoon cooking oil, 2 tablespoon rice syrup (oligosaccharide)

Preparation)
1. After peeling the burdock, cut it in half lengthwise according to its size and cut it into 2mm thick slices
2. Dissolve the boiling salted water, add burdock and blanch for 1 minute 30 seconds ~ 2 minutes, then remove
3. Mix the seasoning ingredients except for rice syrup (oligosaccharide) to make gochujang seasoning and boil
4. When it boils, add the garlic and oil, boil for a while, then add the oligosaccharide and mix
5. Heat the oil in a pan, add the blanched burdock and sauté for about 4 minutes
6. Add the gochujang seasoning to the stir-fried burdock and stir-fry it together, then add sesame oil and sesame seeds to finish
