Lasagna on the Yoder Smokers Wood Fired Oven | Chef Tom X All Things Barbecue
Making lasagna at home is a kitchen staple, but making it at home with a wood fired oven makes it extraordinary. Chef Tom shows us how to make a basic red meat sauce using mirepoix (onions, carrot, celery), garlic, San Marzano tomatoes and Cattleman's Grill Italiano Seasoning, then he makes a creamy bechamel sauce and brings it all together to make a great lasagna cooked in the Yoder Smokers Wood Fired Oven on the Outlander pellet grill.
