Special CKP sweet Dish, prepared after Pithori and befor Haritalika that is call Data day.
Ingredients
1 and 1/2 Bowl Naralache Dudh (Extracted Coconut Milk)
1 Bowl Chana Pith (Gram Flour) 200 grm
1/2 Bowl Gavhache Pith (Wheat flour)100 grm
3/4 Bowl Gul (Jaggery) 200 grm
3 Table spoon Tup (Pure Ghee)
1/2 Tea spoon Mith (Salt)
1 Small Bowl Kaju, Badam Barik kelele (Crushed Dry fruits)
1 Full Velchi (Cardamom)
1 Table Spoon Velchi Powder (Cardamom Powder)
1 Table spoon Gavache Pith (Wheat Flour)
1/2 Tea spoon Sakhar (Sugar)
Procedure
Firstly dissolve the jaggery in 1and 1/2 Bowl extracted coconut Milk
Lets keep the mixture aside
Heat the container and add 3 table spoon Pure ghee
Peel the Cardamom and add seeds
Keep the flame on low, add 1 bowl of gram flour, add 1/2 Bowl wheat flour.
Stir it till mixture gets good smell and it turns brownish.
Stir continuously to avoid sticking
Keep it for cooling
Till it comes to normal temperature, apply Ghee and flour to another container in which we have to bake.
Also sprinkle some sugar
Now turn on the gas and Add extracted coconut milk with dissolve jaggery to the flour.
Add Salt, Cardamom Powder, Crushed Dry fruits.
Stir well and continuously, avoid flour clots.
Mixture is ready when it is separating from the container
Keep the cooker for pre-heating
Transfer the material to the vessel in which we are going to bake. (For which we applied Ghee and Flour)
Cooker is ready to bake, put the vessel and Bake it for 25 minutes.
After 25 minutes, Keep it for normal temperature.
Check that it is bake properly.
