3lb chicken pieces
Salt and pepper
1 onion
5 carrots
5 celery sticks
8 cloves garlic
2 x 14oz tins chopped tomatoes
2 tablespoons plain flour

1 chilli
750mls chicken stock
3/4 tablespoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon chopped rosemary
16 basil leaves.
