Play 3v3 or 4v4.
The team with the puck tries to score by making quick passes & then shooting to hit the tire inside the offensive circle without entering the circle - players will need to move quickly to get open for a pass or a shot. Emphasize the 2 offensive roles (with the puck & without the puck), communicating, supporting the puck, getting open as an option, etc.

Defensive team tries to break up the offensive attempts to score - they are allowed inside their circle, but cannot hang-out as goalie... must attempt to play stick on puck... emphasize the defensive roles (defender on the puck & defenders away from the puck).

Upon breaking up a play & gaining puck control, defensive players quickly transition to offense & offensive players quickly transition to playing defense.
