CHALLENGE 8 / BICEPS AND TRICEPS / 8 MIN

I present to you a series of short routines that I've called "CHALLENGE 8."

These are 8-minute strength workouts in which we will be working on the major muscle groups or muscle areas in pairs.

We will do isolated exercises for these muscles and compound exercises where we involve both muscle groups that are worked in each routine.

It's important to use weights, even if you're just starting out and your dumbbells are light.

These routines will allow us to activate the metabolism in just a few minutes, get our heart working, and are ideal for people who have limited time to train or for those who split their training into different moments throughout the day or simply as part of a comprehensive workout routine.

There is no warm-up or stretching; we start directly with the muscle work. However, if you are just starting to train, you should prepare your muscles with a warm-up like this one:    • Evita Lesiones con este Calentamiento...  .

Today, we are working on BICEPS AND TRICEPS. In my case, I will be using dumbbells weighing 3 and 5 kilos.
