Ingredients
5 peppers
400 grams (0.9 lb) feta cheese
80 grams (2.5 oz) Parmesan
1 cup of yogurt
1 tomato
parsley and mint
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
oregano
1 onion
1 carrot
100 grams (3 oz) canned corn
1 cup washed rice
Balsamic Sauce
Parsely

1 cup = 250ml
